A multi-racial team of professionals, comprising youth-workers, counselors, and support personnel, form the staff at CARE:

The Management Team

Dr John K E Tan, Executive Director John directs the overall work at CARE and is involved with the development of programs and services.	Ms Adelyn Poh, Co-Founder and Director of Enterprise Adelyn directs the administrative aspect of our work and is also responsible for fund-raising and corporate relations.	Mrs Lan Teo, Founder and Director of Counselling Lan directs the counselling and therapy services at CARE and also conducts workshops and talks for parents.

Nicholas Lim Assistant Director, Development Nick's responsibility includes the development of processes, service programs and curriculum at CARE.	Lena Teo Assistant Director, Counselling Lena assists in the overseeing of the counseling and therapy services at CARE.

Derek Chan Manager, Training Derek’s responsibility includes the development and delivery of training material and curriculum for our youth workers.	Gary Chia Manager, Youth Services Gary oversees the management of our youth-serving programs and activities.	Mona Thyagarajan Manager, Community Relations Mona is responsible for facilitating community relations including the sourcing of opportunities and recruitment and training of volunteers.
